Next we put the spindle shaft in the head block and install the grips we just built. The head block is in bag 600NH sub bag 600NH2. You will see there are two bags with four sets of rubber washers. These are the dampers and one set is harder then the other. The black are harder and more for 3D flying. The gray provide a softer feel. Install two of the set you want on one side then slide the spindle shaft in part way. Smear some of the red grease on the shaft then slide it in most of the way. This will push some grease on the inside of the rubber dampers. Insert the other two on the opposite side of the head and again smear some grease on the shaft and slide it in to push some grease on the dampers.

Center the shaft then install a copper colored spacer followed by a blade grip. Wipe the threads of the spindle shaft bolt (M4x10mm) with a paper towel then put the washer (12x1mm) on the bolt. Use a little blue loctite on the bolt then install it in the end of the shaft. Do the same for the other end of the spindle shaft. You will need two allen wrenches to tighten these bolts. As you can see in the picture below.
