Next remove the swashplate and the link balls from bag 600NH5. Use blue loctite to install the balls to the swashplate. The ball that has the long shaft on it needs to be on the opposite side of the Align logo on the lower ring. After you finish the swashplate slide it on the main shaft. You should still have the washout base on the main shaft.

Next I put the lock ring in place just temporarily to keep the swashplate and washout assemblies from falling off. No loctite on the set screws, in fact just put one on and lightly tighten it.

Now connect both of the 'radius arm' to the upper ring on the swashplate. And connect the links from the flybar control rods to the mixing arms of the washout hub.
