Setup - Swash Type |
| Swashplate Type - The two most common types are normal swashplate mix and 120 degree eCCPM mix. The Raptor 30/50/60/90 all use normal swashplate mixing (aka mCCPM - Mechanical Cyclic Collective Pitch Mixing). This setup uses one servo per function. In other words one servo moves the swashplate up/down, another tilts it forward/backward, and the other tilts it left/right. The 120 degree eCCPM (Electronic Cyclic Collective Pitch Mixing) uses three servos to move the swashplate up/down. To tilt the swashplate one servo moves one direction and the other two move the opposite direction. The JR Venture, Align T-Rex, MA Fury all use eCCPM. |
