| I've installed those neat little extenders (used from
a Vigor) on the Main Blade Holders about a year ago. And
it makes the Delta near zero degrees. You may want to cut
a little off the Raptor holder to compensate for the
extended part being installed. But it works perfect. I've
installed them on my last 2 Raptors.....and never....NEVER
had any problems. The closer you get to center on the
Head....the better. Now the secret is out. I'll have the
P/N for you on the next post. And they're only about $5
for a set of 2. Only problem though...(which also happens
on the Vigor when you dork it.) They tend to snap off
right at the end of the threaded portion. Thus....you
have to trim some plastic off..so you can get a pair of
Vice-Grips on the broken off piece to extract them. P/N for the Main Grip Extender: JRP994005 Also, Hirobo makes a nice one thats a little shorter & stouter, (won't break as easy, Used on the Eagle 2, & GPH .46) P/N 2530-010 (GPH) 2530-009 (Eagle2) Take your pick. I've used both types , i.e., Hirobo & J/R. and the price is about the same for either brand. Try it .! You'll like the results. And you don't have to be doing all this switch around, flipping around,,,,etc...etc. David (10DNinja Guy) |
