| In the left column you see the servo versus
control lever move in a linear amount. The column on the
right shows that the servo arm moves a different amount
then the control lever. With the arm/lever in opposing
directions some of the control movement is lost in
sideways motion. The feel of this type setup is a *negative
exponential meaning more sensative around the middle and
less sensative toward the end points. *some radios have an opposite meaning to this. Futaba is one such brand, the effect would be termed positive expo with that radio. |
