This is partially assembled and is in bag 600NH4. We need to
finish this assembly before installing it. Install the two balls
on the arms. The socket head bolts holding the arms to the
washout base are just on there loose from the fractory. Remove
one making sure you do not drop the washer between the arm and
the base then put some blue loctite on the end of the bolt and
this time tighten the bolt. Do the same for the other side.
