Here you just do as the manual says, make two of each of the shown two links on the left. The one on the right was already done back on step 6c. Note that the bottom two on this picture both should have one link 90 degrees off of the other end. Just keep the 'A' facing outward. I found the links fit perfect in the kit I built but if it does not swivel freely on the ball then you can get a ball-link resizer such as the JR resizing tool JRP960219.
