When putting the right frame plate on start with the bolt through the rubber canopy support. Align the left frame plate so all of the bearing blocks have the raised portion with the letters 'A' and 'B' in the slots. With the frame plates sitting on a flat surface slide the main shaft through the 'A' and 'B' bearing blocks. This will help ensure everything is aligned. Start adding the eight button head bolts into the bearing blocks. If the main shaft does not turn freely then loosen the bearing blocks and spin the main shaft a few turns then tighten them again.
Note: in the picture below you do not see the main shaft but you should have the main shaft inserted at the time you tighten the bolts to ensure they are aligned.

Make sure the frameset does still sit flat on the surface and take one bolt out at a time, apply loctite and reinstall. There are eight bolts in the bearing blocks and one inside the rubber canopy spacer. Do both sides.
