Here you see the clunk line. This tubing will need to be changed from time to time. When it does you will have tuning problems. As you change the tubing also flush out the fuel filter. Something that does help extend the life is immediately after you finish a flight then fill the tank with fuel. This will push out the hot exhaust gas (note: If you run a pumped engine then you will not need to do this).
Build the clunk line as shown, cut the tubing to 70mm in length.

This section can be frustrating. If you put the rubber grommet in then try to push the nipple most of the time it will end up pushing the grommet inside the tank and then it is difficult to get out. What I found worked best is to partially insert the grommet as you see in the picture on the left. It is inserted to about two millimeters under the groove. Next wipe some fuel on the inside hole of the grommet as well as the plastic nipple. As you push the nipple the grommet may insert further into the tank, that is good just do not let it get past the groove. In the second photo you see the nipple fully seated in the grommet but the grommet did not go all the way in the tank. I just took a flat blade screwdriver and pushed the rest of it in.

Next install the rubber 'fuel tank guard' on both the left and right frame. The tank will slide in from the right side and as you do you will have to press down on the top of the tank to make it fit. There is a square on the top of the tank that is there to prevent the tank from coming out in flight. This part also makes it difficult to get the tank in because it pulls the 'fuel tank guard' with it as you slide the tank in. To help with this spray some Windex, rubbing alcohol, equivalent on the inside of the rubber 'fuel tank guard' as well as on top of the tank.
