The bottom frame plate goes on next along with the landing skids at the same time. Put a M3 washer on a M3x12mm bolt and insert from the bottom of the strut. Notice that the strut does have a direction, there is a small loop on the left side of each. Next put the screw through the hole in the bottom frame plate. Put a little blue loctite on the last few threads of the bolt then screw it into the metal block on the frame. Do the same for the second bolt then you can install the other strut the same way. Next slide the skids in place and secure them with a small set screw. When putting the skids on take note that the Align logo is only on one side. If you want the logo out then observe this.

One final item here, there are two M3x10mm bolts with washer that go through the bottom frame plate and into the engine mount. You can see in both of the pictures at the top of this page I have an arrow that points to this. And in the picture directly above I have these two bolts circled. It is easy to miss if you are not paying attention but is critical to the strength of the frameset.
