Want longer flight times? The stock tank is ~10oz with only about 9.25oz before you start to suck air

1. TT is making a 46 version and I suspect they will make a larger fuel tank because the frames seem to be designed to allow for a larger tank. So you might wait until the 46 comes out and buy the tank for it.
2. Another alternative is to use a 1 or 2 oz header tank
3. I have heard of some using a Hayes 11oz. fuel tank p/n 026. It's supposed to fit but it does not have the catches on the sides, so you need to add a spare white spacer in the holes just above the tank and use some zip ties to lock everything down.

Want a quieter muffler? The Weston Genesis Pro pipe measures between 79 to 81 db at ten feet.
KSJ speed 30 tuned muffler seems to be the most popular choice.
I really like the Hatori SB-8
For a nice sound plus extra power, get the
Hatori cnh333 for the pipe and cnh341 for the header
Need a flybar lock? Thanks to Ted Wilds for this: The total cost should not exceed 10 Cents, US CDN or AUS. In the laundry supply department of your neighborhood grocery store, they still sell packages of 25 wooden spring type Clothes Pins for under $3. Take one out of the bag and donate the rest to the person in your house who is in charge of laundry. He/She may have this high tech item already in-house. Disassemble this device. Trim the edges of both pieces so that they will slip under the flybar carrier from each side, flat side up. A carpenter's string level (optional extra) hung on the flybar will let you see when you have the bar level. This will let you use any of the common pitch gauges with decent accuracy.
What should the initial
settings be on the TT36?
James Wang's reviews say Low Needle: With the Throttle Arm held fully closed, turn the low needle fully in, then open 1 turn. High Needle open 2 turns. Keep in mind, these are INITIAL settings. Start with these, then make the needed adjustments for you paticular situation.
How to fix the front part
of the frames after a bad
crash.
Drill small holes in both sides of the frame and lace floral bundling wire (hobby wire) in between them, then covered with epoxy.

This is another technique:
1. Carbon fiber cloth & 30 min. Epoxy (Devcon or Z-Poxy only). Ruff up the area with 100 grit sandpaper....apply glue..& cloth...each side (inbd & outbd). Place Monokote Backing to area and squeegee out excess...Let dry. Strong and last a long time.
2. Brace the front area with plastic or small aluminum hex material.....(small holes in fwd lower area of Frame sides. )
3. If the L.G. attachment lug is broken off c/t the Frame side.....chop up some carbon cloth,,,make a small form from balsa, and mix the goop up and spread it into the form. when it dries....cut the balsa away...sand the lug to shape...and it's done. Drill a new hole for the L.G..

Don't like the stock
tailboom rod guides?
You can use JR Ergo/Vigor pushrod guides. They can be replaced without removing the tailboom. Part number: JRP996024 $9.95
